I’m Yuchen Liu.

I•Me
A master student, major of piano performance. I’m studying with

professor Wodnicki in University of North Texas, College of music.

II•Background(undergraduate)
I graduated from Renmin University of China, School of Art. I studied

with Fang Zhang, the dean of keyboard department in School of art. (*Dr. Zhang Fang: a pianist in the United States who graduated from Eastman School of music) Meanwhile I learn the music composition with YaoChen, a composer teaching at ‘Central Conservatory of Music’. (*Dr. Yao Chen: graduated from the University of Chicago and taught in universities such as the UChicago and the University of Illinois)

·Beijing taxation bureau adopted my drama song as a theme ‘tax beneficial’ for tax publicizing.

·The 1st prize of Renmin university of China music composition competition.

IV•To say:
•I have been learning piano since I was four years old. I studied the

Baroque period and the classical period music at a very early time. Until high school began to learn all kinds of romantic songs and later periods. Now I familiar with the music performance in many kinds of periods.

•My teaching style is more strict but humorous. I attach great importance to communication with students, because it can not only improve the efficiency of our teaching progress, but also stimulate students' inner potential.
