Hart Lu

Hart Lu(b. 2003) is an emerging composer and pianist from Shanghai, China, and is recently pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in Music at the University of North Texas. As an active musician, pianist and composer, Hart was the leader of his high school club band for three years. In order to chase his dream of working in media scoring, Hart started his composition journey at the age of 19. His recent works focus on traditional techniques on acoustic instruments. However, during his time studying with UNT composition department, Hart has gradually learned contemporary compositions and being willing to try more in his future works.

 

 

Currently, Hart is finishing his keyboard skill learning and pursuing a Master’s Degree in media scoring in the future.
